The role being played in our community by the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky (@emergencyshelte) will be the topic of discussion along with a tour of their new state of the art facility given by Executive Director Kim M. Webb(@kimmwebb) to the Rotary Club of Florence (@FlorenceRotary).

Kim M. Webb is a veteran leader in the nonprofit industry, holding leadership roles today in community-based organizations focused on helping the homeless. Currently the Executive Director of The Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky (ESNKY), Kim works tirelessly to provide the homeless population in Northern Kentucky life-saving and life changing shelter and services. She recently completed the successful relocation of ESNKY to its current location this past year including the demolition, design, construction, and renovation of their $2.7 million dollar state of the art facility.

Kim is a 2020 Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky honoree, serves on the Steering Committee of The Safety Net Alliance, the Continuum of Care Steering Committee, the Kentucky Interagency Council on Homelessness, and Master of Public Health Advisory Board member for Chamberlain University. She is currently in the 2022 Leadership Kentucky Class. She serves as Vice President of her 2017 Leadership of Northern Kentucky (LNK) class and continues to serve on the LNK alumni committee and the LNK Economic Development Day Committee. She is recognized as a thought leader through national media and has presented in national webinars about homelessness.

She lives in Florence KY with her husband Marc, and together they have three children and their beloved dog. In her spare time, she can be found exercising, being around her family, and helping her community. Her leadership motto is, “Managers do things right, Leaders do the right thing.”

Guests are always welcome to join and we would love to have new club members!
