The Cincinnati Observatory: Past, Present, and Future

The past, present, and future endeavors of the historic Cincinnati Observatory (@CinObservatory) will be the topic of discussion as presented by Executive Director Anna Hehman to the Rotary Club of Florence (@FlorenceRotary).
Anna Hehman has made her career in the nonprofit world working for several notable organizations including the American Cancer Society, Better Business Bureau Foundation, and Notre Dame Academy. Since 2015, Anna has worked at the Cincinnati Observatory, the oldest public Observatory in the country, and was promoted to Executive Director of the organization in August 2021.
Anna is a graduate of Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change program (Class 3) and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Northern Kentucky program. She has
served on the boards of Mental Health America, Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati as well as Xavier University’s former Private Interests in Public Good (PIPG) program. She volunteers with the Women’s Fund of Greater Cincinnati, the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, and has served as a volunteer cake baker for Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and Social Center.
A graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, Anna earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business. She lives in Bellevue, Kentucky with her husband and their 3 year old daughter.
