Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky: 15 Years of Providing Life-Saving, Life-Changing Shelter and Services

Join the Rotary Club of Florence, serving all of Boone County (@FlorenceRotary), on Monday, June 10, 2024, at noon to hear Kim Webb, Executive Director of the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky, as she recounts the first 15 successful years of the shelter, a year-round emergency shelter and housing work program, with beds for men, year-round shower & laundry program for men and women and the emergency cold shelter from November-March for adult men and women.
Kim M. Webb is a veteran leader in the non-profit industry who serves as the Executive Director of the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky (ESNKY) in Kenton County. Kim works tirelessly to provide the homeless population in Northern Kentucky with Life Saving and Life Changing shelter and services. Her actions are driven by her leadership motto: “Managers do things right. Leaders do the right thing.”
Kim was honored as a 2020 Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky and a 2022 Leadership Council of Non-Profits’ VUCA Leadership award, and is also a 2022 alumni of Leadership Kentucky, a 2017 alumni of Leadership Northern Kentucky and serves on numerous committees locally and at the state level.
