The Nominating Committee of Rotary International District 6740 met on January 14, 2023 for the purpose of selecting a District Governor Nominee Designate (DGND). The member selected will serve as District Governor for Rotary Year 2025-2026.
The Nominating Committee has selected Rotarian Greg Palmer from Florence Rotary Club.
Greg Palmer is an investment advisor and serves as President of Palmer Capital Management. He has been a member of the Florence Rotary Club since 2002. Greg has previously served as Club Secretary and Treasurer. He was President of the Florence Club Rotary Year 2010/2011. Greg has also served as an Assistant Governor and trainer at Mid-South PETS. Currently, Foundation Chair for the Florence Rotary Club he is an avid supporter of The Rotary Foundation and has achieved Major Donor status in recognition of his contributions.
